Winchelsea Beach is a quiet seaside village in beautiful East Sussex. Sea Road Caravan is just a short walk from Winchelsea Town with its own pub and historic houses. Sea Road has lush farmlands on one side and the coast line on the other, making it the perfect place to spot wildlife and enjoy the outdoors.
The caravan is nestled under a large apple tree at the bottom of our garden. External access to the caravan is through its entrance from the side of our main home and down a grass path. We have created a private and tranquil stay for 2 people, but with 2 double beds we don’t just cater for couples.
We have a cosy living area for relaxing with a board game or a good book.
There is also a table for two for dining indoors.
We have a kitchenette with a fridge, hob, toaster, kettle, crookery and cutlery.
There two double bedrooms which are served by a separate bathroom with shower, w.c and sink. There is no bath in the caravan.

The caravan has no TV making it the perfect switch off from everyday life. There is a radio for you to enjoy aswell and magazines and books.
As a welcome we will leave fresh eggs from our chickens, bread, butter, semi-skimmed milk, teas, coffee and sugar.
Please note we DO NOT allow any children or pets in the caravan or the garden. There is also a strict no smoking rule anywhere on or outside the property. We do not allow for BBQs or fires of any kind.
Parking is on the road outside the main property or on any of the side roads in the neighbourhood. Guests do not have access to our private driveway.
At the bottom of the garden around the caravan, we have created several places to sit and relax with your morning coffee or dine in the garden at a table.
